His work also spans major public-sector transactions, environmental litigation, construction disputes and human rights matters before regional and international bodies.

- The Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury, currently acting in a constitutional petition seeking to restrain the establishment and funding of the proposed National Infrastructure Fund, a vehicle intended to mobilise up to Kshs. 5 trillion for priority infrastructure.
- The Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC), representing it in a landmark constitutional petition challenging the legality of the Health Cooperation Framework between the Governments of Kenya and the United States — described as the first comprehensive health cooperation agreement between the United States and an African nation.
