- Advises on the preparation and perfection of securities such as charges, debentures and guarantees on behalf of financial institutions.
- Drafts, reviews and supports real estate transactions including sale agreements, long term leases and leases for various developers, and supports regulatory compliance for development approvals.
- Carries out due diligence and research and prepares legal and advisory opinions on issues affecting clients such as financial institutions.
- Involved in training and capacity building for clients on emerging legal issues.
- Participated in preparing and filing a merger notification for an international company acquiring a subsidiary of another company in Kenya.
- Participated in drafting the Business Laws (Amendment) Act, 2024, addressing gaps in labour law relating to remote workers under Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) arrangements.
