- Government of Kenya, through the National Treasury, on a sovereign liability management operation involving the tender offer of outstanding Eurobonds and the issuance of new dual-tranche notes valued at an aggregate of approximately USD 4.45 billion, successfully completed in February 2026
- A financial institution, on the enforcement of security securing a USD 30 million term loan advanced to an East African petroleum and energy company. Following default, the charged property was subject to a lease due to expire before completion of transfer. The Firm obtained High Court orders authorising a lease extension and a conditional discharge and replacement of charge to facilitate completion while preserving the bank's security.
- A financial institution, on the issuance of new financing facilities of USD 5 million to a technology company, increasing the borrower's overall financing ceiling to USD 14.6 million, including legal due diligence and preparation of a comprehensive security package.
- A publicly listed automotive, engineering and general trading company, on a legal and regulatory compliance audit assessing its statutory, corporate governance and regulatory obligations, resulting in remedial measures including regularisation of director appointments and filing of outstanding financial statements.
