Since 2024, he has built a focused transactional practice advising on mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, private equity, corporate finance, restructuring and regulatory compliance.

Representative matters
- The Linzi 003 Infrastructure Asset-Backed Securities Programme: advised on the establishment and issuance of a KES 44.79 billion securitisation backed by receivables from the Sports, Arts and Social Development Fund (SASDF) to finance the Talanta Sports City project, including preparation and review of transaction documents and the legal opinion supporting the issuance.
- The TRIFIC Green USD I-REIT: part of the legal advisory team on the establishment and public offering of one of Kenya's first US dollar-denominated income REITs, backed by commercial real estate within the Two Rivers International Finance & Innovation Centre (SEZ), including the constitutive documents, prospectus, service provider contracts and regulatory analysis.
- KES 15 billion private placement: part of the legal advisory team for the issuer on a private placement of 6.5 billion ordinary shares (with a greenshoe option of up to KES 4.5 billion) by a non-deposit-taking microfinance institution serving smallholder tea farmers, including the client's conversion from a private company to a public limited company.
Regional & cross-border experience
Advised on a cross-border private equity investment by a Nigerian private equity firm into a Kenyan pharmaceutical manufacturer, comprising a US$1.5 million equity subscription and working capital trade finance facility, together with corporate and debt restructuring, shareholder arrangements and regulatory approvals. Experience also includes advising on inbound investment into Kenya by regional and international investors, and negotiating with foreign counsel and advisers on cross-border transactions.
