- Kenya County Government Workers Union, Uasin Gishu Branch v County Government of Uasin Gishu [2024] KEELRC 429 (KLR): represented the Respondent in a petition challenging the release of 197 casual workers whose three-month contracts had lapsed by effluxion of time. Successfully secured dismissal of the petition. The decision reaffirmed the sanctity of contractual terms and distinguished termination by notice, summary dismissal, and expiry by effluxion of time.
