Overview
The team serves a diverse client base including investors, financiers and corporates across sectors, in both an advisory and a transactional capacity. The department operates as an integrated practice, combining corporate, commercial and tax expertise to provide clients with seamless, commercially focused advice at every stage of the transaction lifecycle.
The team has developed particular strength in cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, and corporate governance. Its tax and intellectual property capability is embedded within the broader commercial practice, enabling clients to access specialist advice without fragmenting their advisory relationships.
